Perched atop 2.7 acres

in the Yucca Mesa area, our 360 degree views are an other-worldly experience you’ll never forget. Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee from the covered patio, or watch the sunset with a cocktail soaking in our cedar hot tub.

Quiet and secluded,

but just a short walk to boulders for hiking and close to all our favorite things to do around town, Terracasa is located 10 minutes to the Joshua Tree National Park entrance and just 15 minutes to Pioneertown.

Using pieces made by local artists,

rare and one-of-a-kind vintage furnishings, and favorites from small brands we love, each item in the house is hand-selected for you to feel relaxed and completely at home. And in case you fall in love with the cozy Turkish cotton robes, handmade ceramic mugs, or small-batch soaps - over one hundred handmade products inside Terracasa are available for purchase at Prism Boutique.

Terracasa owners Dayna and Vince

have been desert lovers for years, and finally decided to create a space of their own - a challenging undertaking for most but an exciting project for this Long Beach-based couple. Years as the owner of Prism Boutique has provided Dayna the ability to take almost any space and transform it into something impeccably designed, down to the smallest details. Vince brings Dayna’s dreams to life by being the everything-man, and daughters Indi and Lucie fill the space with love. Completely renovating a house last remodeled in 1985 is no easy feat, unless you’ve got your family on your side.
